Braids-360 provides professional hair braiding services, including but not limited to:

  • Boho Knotless Braids
  • Protective Styles

Appointments can be scheduled through www.braids360.com. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling within the allowed timeframe.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for services must be completed before or at the time of service.
  • We accept various payment methods as listed on www.braids360.com.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page so we can address your concerns.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✔ Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting their deposit.
✔ Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
✔ No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable, and you may be required to pay in full before rebooking.

✔ Follow all salon policies regarding hygiene and appointment conduct.
